In its simplest iteration Ayurveda is about embracing a lifestyle to eat/drink when you are hungry/thirsty and sleep when you are tired. But clients can quickly get confused by the choices of what to eat that can help restore doshic balances, especially as the seasons change. Having a general meal plan with tasty recipes and options you enjoy helps take the guesswork out of what to eat. This allows you to focus on learning to sense how eating different food makes you feel.
